About Us

Angelia has Over 20 years of stage experience and has been teaching for more than 16 years. Her training has taken her from Detroit to Phoenix, NYC to LA and everywhere in between. 

She was a National Youth Champion in Theatre Arts and Jazz and received a Performing Arts Scholarship to Arizona State University.

She was a resident instructor for two of the most popular Ballroom/Latin studios in the United States;  3rd Street Dance in Los Angeles and Dance New York in NYC.

Angelia has designed elegant “first dance” choreography for many Hollywood celebrity weddings and is also credited in Television and Music Video choreography.

As a member of the L.A. Salsa Company “Salsa Confunkshon”, Angelia has performed @ Salsa congresses in Las Vegas, Reno, Palm Springs and Los Angeles. She is also a certified Cardio Salsa™  and Zumba™ instructor.  

She now hangs her shoes in fabulous Las Vegas and is principle Latin and Ballroom instructor at StudiOhm.  Angelia is also the organizer of the largest social dancing meet-up group in Las Vegas, "Salsa in the City".  With over 300 members this group and their organizer are a driving force in the emergent latin scene of Las Vegas.
